**Motor off: sensor behaves like a topper. Motor on: viva starts.** IMU readings are clean on the bench. The second the motor takes load, noise jumps everywhere. I'm checking power isolation, grounding, mounting and EMI one by one. Before I spend six hours fixing the wrong thing, what would you test first?
